Overview
Copilot is now built into the tools most teams already live in, but the value only shows up when people know what to ask, where to use it, and how to combine features into real workflows. This is a deliberately beginner-level course: broad confidence first, depth in follow-on training.

Why TrainAI exists
TrainAI was built by Heather Murray – BBC and UK government AI advisor, regularly featured in Forbes, and founder of AI for Non-Techies.
After years of delivering AI training to organisations like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Toyota, and the House of Lords, she kept hearing the same thing from other trainers: “I know AI matters, but I don’t have the time or the confidence to build courses from scratch.”
