Frequently Asked Questions

A full white-label content library: day workshops, short sessions and flagship courses, each with facilitator guides, demo prompts, PowerPoint and Canva templates ready to rebrand, plus slide-by-slide video walkthroughs and transcripts. You also get quarterly content updates and audits, a change log, and access to the TrainAI community and live sessions.

You don’t need to be an AI expert: the facilitator guides, demo prompts and video walkthroughs build your confidence before you stand in front of a client. And you don’t need decades of training experience either – if you’re building your first independent business, the community and business-building support are designed for exactly that journey. What you do need is the commitment to put the work in. This isn’t passive income.

Yes. Many members never deliver a standalone “AI training day.” Executive coaches weave AI sessions into leadership engagements; consultants use the frameworks and exercises inside existing client work; others use the knowledge to advise on AI readiness without ever opening a deck. The licence works whether you deliver it, integrate it, or use it to stay ahead of your market.

The core licence covers one trainer, and additional trainer seats can be added at a reduced rate per seat. For a small training business, one licence plus seats equips your whole team with a ready-made, continuously updated AI offer — usually for less than the cost of building a single course in-house. Get in touch and we’ll price your team setup.

Every quarter we audit the entire library, update anything that’s changed, and send a change log so you only update affected sections. We run weekly live session for the community where one each month is dedicated to AI tool updates and demos. We also add at least three new pieces of content per quarter. Staying current is the hardest part of working in AI- it’s the core of what your licence pays for.

It’s built on the same foundation we’ve delivered to enterprise clients including GSK, Johnson & Johnson and the BBC, and the library includes leadership-level content (Practical AI for Senior Leaders, Strategic AI for Senior Leaders) designed to stand up in boardrooms, not just workshops.

No. TrainAI white-label content and our parent company’s corporate training are kept strictly separate. The content you licence is yours to sell into your market.

£10k+VAT per year for the core licence. Corporate AI training days typically bill £1,000–£2,500+, so one delivered day covers more than a month of membership; for a team of trainers the maths compounds quickly. We won’t promise you’ll land clients within 90 days, anyone who does is over-promising, but the unit economics are transparent and you can run your own numbers.

A genuine, active community of trainers, consultants and coaches doing this work; live sessions with guests; and support from our team on the business side — positioning, pricing, finding clients. If you’re earlier in your journey, our Become an AI Trainer is the natural starting point before licensing.

Start with our Become an AI Trainer Bootcamp. Three days of in-depth grounding in what being an AI trainer involves — the work, the market, the realities. It’s the best way to test the water before investing in a licence, and many of our members started exactly there.
